Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We invite you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a new, separate purchase for the new item.


14 Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes to process and credit your refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at distribuzionemorgillo@gmail.com .
